We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Hawthorne technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
Our Hawthorne crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Hawthorne technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.

A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Hawthorne basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Hawthorne customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
Whatever's going on with your Hawthorne property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
A flooded Hawthorne basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews extract it fast and start drying the space the same visit.

If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
